Wouldn't be surprised if Fergie takes it easy on Arsenal and leaves the likes of RVP on the bench, really not sure how big a deal in his mind it is going for the record points total :(

No Suarez gives us a (slight) chance.

I would take a point now and, despite hating myself for this, pray the Mackems get a win against Villa so we can get clear.

Debating whether or not to watch the Reading QPR game, could be exciting if they are up for it or rubbish if they've resigned themselves to being relegated.

Newcastle vs Liverpool should be a good game. Sturridge to come in for Suarez so the front three is likely to be Downing Sturridge Coutinho.

Who plays RB for NUFC nowadays ?

Exactly what I was thinking too

Debuchy

Nah he was out for a few weeks but fit again now (thankfully)

Yeah Cout v Debu should be an interesting battle! Debu was rubbish v the Mackens but good against WBA, he's still a little on the inconsistent side at the mo but a good player all the same.

I'm glad Suarez is out, gives us a better chance. But I certainly think the tie is in the hands of Sturridge, he's either going to have a blinder or a *****.

I'm hoping the lack of European football over the past 2 weeks has helped those players lacking fitness regain some.

Team will likely be:

Elliot
Debuchy Taylor Mbiwa Haidara
Cabaye Tiote Guti
Sissoko Cisse Gouffran

I would like to see that we do not bring on Shola Ameobi in the 60th minute, he offers nothing, and is a complete waste of a sub! I would also like to see guti dropped, but can't see this happening unfortunately...

Same and along with tiote, been dreadful the last few games, rather have HBA on

I agree, Id much rather have Haidara there, but Pardew would more than likely put him back there if needed,

I really hope Haidara keeps his place in the team, he's much better defensively than Santon. I still really like Santon however, and would like to see him put into Guti's position. He has a good ability to track back, and is much better going forward than guti too...

My personal best 11:

Krul
Debuchy Taylor/Mbiwa Colo Haidara
Cabaye Tiote Santon
Ben Arfa Cisse Sissoko

Gouffran has really impressed me since his arrival, and it's hard to keep him out the team to be honest. On merit he should be in the 11 ahead of Tiote, but we need that defensive cover, and allow Cabaye to be more effective further up the field...

wigan beat us at home in one of the worst games of the season but we are in high spirits atm and i have a good feeling we will get a win but it's a crucial time for wigan so they could be on form.

the united arsenal game it would be easy to understand why ferguson may put out a b team against arsenal but i don't think he will.
