Yup, you've beaten QPR(just) and Reading.... almost all the pieces are in place.

Win 2 in a row against even midtable teams and talk about things coming together, and see what happens when he drops players or doesn't give players games(Ade) and how he handles the dressing room. You didn't play particularly differently in the first game compared to the last two games, you just played severely worse opposition.
Its pretty odd though, Spurs/Arsenal/Chelsea have had VERY soft starts to the season, and all three should have been hoping for 12 points +, only one achieved that. City, off last years form should have been looking for the same. They've only beaten QPR and Southampton.... okay Liverpool and Arsenal aren't bad teams but last years City would have expected to get 4 point at least, maybe all 6, and then drawing with Stoke as well.
Either way, till Spurs beat someone remotely decent I wouldn't really talk about AVB starting to get things together.
