lolwich.... shocking defending, what are they doing. Norwich are struggling, look absolutely woeful defensively this season. Already looking like hte bottom 4-5 are shaping up and like it could be a good season for Wigan(as in not in the relegation fight not actually good :p ).

When he's given time on the ball he fluffs his lines but when he's got to create something out of nothing he usually puts them away. If he was a clinical finisher he would be up there with the very best in the world.

Get a proper finisher in January and we'll batter quite a lot of teams.

Totally agree, that's why he can be so frustrating, missing so many easy ones and scoring the impossible ones :D

i'm going to assume 2 things here

1. you meant striker
2. you're excited as liverpool are probably going to win

I'm happy to admit it looks like I was wrong about Suso, he's definitely ready for the first team. His vision, passing and link up play with his teammates was fantastic in the first half.

If we can get a striker to play in the central role we'll have Assaidi, Sterling, Suso and Suarez vying for the two wide positions. Really not a bad situation to be in :cool:

Expect more goals in the second half but no penalties due to another bent ref.

Fully agree with PK above but just to add maybe the disaster of a transfer window was a blessing in disguise because if BR got the players he wanted i doubt Suso etc would have gotten the first team chances.

Dont get me wrong we still need a finisher but providing BR gets the time he needs they way were playing is improving and its looking good
 
Suarez isn't going to get a pen until a defender takes out an axe and cuts his legs off. Actually, you can probably widen that to include our entire side - their defender almost had Agger's shirt off just after Suarez scored his first.

Really good performance (again) so far today and thankfully we've got the goals our play has deserved. Wisdom's looked assured at the back, Suso looked like creating something every time he gets the ball and Sahin's going from strength to strength.

Hopefully we can put a few more away in the 2nd half.

If a madman stepped on the pitch and shot Suarez in the box he'd still be accused of diving.

I think it's safe to say Downing's done but if players keep performing it's going to be hard for Borini to get back in the team given he's done nothing so far this season.

Sterling was quiet in the first half but that was a fantastic run and pass to put Suarez through.

Considering United and Spurs both struggled here we're doing very well indeed.
