Seriously debating whether to spare my rage / disspointment and just play footy as normal this saturday. Think Arsenal are going to get battered.

Shouldn't the tread title cover the 6th of november as L1 and L2 are playing tuesday night and not saturday this week...

Also boo-urns to monday night football, silly idea from the premier league. On the other hand £15 a ticket is L1 prices so good on West Brom making it impossible to say no to making the trip. I'd like to think we can win, especially as Cork should be back in the squad giving us 3 quality senior options with a decent youngster as back up and maybe a guest appearance of Gaston for 20 mins, but we wont know till monday for sure.

Either way play like the first half last weekend and we'll get thrashed, play like the second half we could well walk away with something.

It varies a bit from week to week, if the games are around the weekend just use this thread - as people usually do.

The amount of Championship/League 1 discussion is fairly tiny in comparison to the rest of the thread anyway.

Yeah probably sensible.

Forgot completely it is FA cup first round this weekend too (hence the lack of lower than champ football)

So who decided it was fair to have us play Wednesday night and then the early KO Saturday? After last night I think we can probably rule out both Rafael and Anderson from being involved from the start against Arsenal :(

True - Saturday is the second best day of the football calender, 1st Round of the FA Cup! Can't wait. Off to Boreham Wood away :D

I am actually a little jealous! Boreham Wood away would be an amazing day out for football :p

Haha - looks like you're lowering your standards for your imminent return to the football league :p We've almost sold our 1000 tickets (standing only) and apparently they're a bit of a rough team. Proper football match this!

You going to the QPR game in a couple of weeks?

Haha :( well I can hope we shoot right down to L1 again to enjoy the fun of fa cup 1st round all over again...

Should be a proper fun sort of match, they are bss and have a lot of terracing. The kind of thing that should be on tv! Everyone wants to see some semi-pros hacking away, it was good last year when AFC Totton got Bristol Rovers in this round.

QPR is the one away game till Man United away at the end of January I have no desire to go to, mate of mine I normally go to football with is in Slovakia that weekend and I really should go back to NI to see friends/gf... (aka getting shouted at for just going to too much football as I only missed City and Everton away this year)

Plus QPR are unjustifiably expensive (like West Ham was)

Another loss for us, cant see us getting anything from the Utd game. I just hope we dont get hammered like we did last yr:p.

If we do somehow miraculously manage a result ie a draw or a win then beat me silly with a feather:p.

Reckon we will lose 4-1 or something silly like that.

No matter how terrible Liverpool are they will always mange to slaughter us at Anfield.

3-0 loss. Suarez will win a penalty, Gerrard will grab two and be named both MOTM and the best player ever.
