I think the reason Mahrez didn't get the penalty is he made no real attempt to go around Rojo, had he done so he'd have tripped over his leg and been fouled.. instead he just fell straight into Rojo looking for it.

Good result for Leicester so far anyway as I can see Tottenham not beating Chelsea.
