Enjoyable first 45 mins. Quite impressed by McTominay. I feel he is really maturing into a decent CM. He's been better than Pogba by some distance. Pogba is at his frustrating worst today. He looks like he can't be arsed unless it involves him looking balletic, which is 7/10 resulting in the loss of the ball. I see what Ole is trying to achieve but I do wonder if Pogba will be a facilitator or an anchor. Having said that the squad is being paired back so as to not leave options. James I really like, stunning strike for a the goal. He's being helped by Mata who is finding more space than Lingard was. Encouraging start but far from 3 points. Could easily go either way this match.
