Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [4th - 7th December 2015]

Every time someone says that a bunch of people pile in on him, then he'll get a goal and assist the next game. He's 20, he's inconsistent... like all younger less experienced players. There is incredibly obviously talent there, how much, how consistent he can become, who knows. He's had many absolutely fantastic games beyond what most players in the league produce and there isn't anything currently to suggest he won't improve quite a lot in the next few years.

He's not inconsistent at all, he's consistently average.

I don't see this supposed 'incredible obvious talent' either, I see someone with pace, and not a whole lot else.

5 years time, he will be like Nani, nailed on.

He's not inconsistent.... yet one game people have a go at him and the next he gets a couple of goals and an assist... sure, not inconsistent at all.

You'd probably consider 1 in 5 good games as being inconsistent, i'd call that consistently average.

He has more poor games than he does good, put it that way.

He's scored against Watford and Bournemouth and got 2 assists against Everton and Southampton, hes done pretty much **** all this season. He isnt a game changer and I agree with McBain in that in 5 years time he'll be thought of the same as all the other pacey young wingers that have come through the game in recent years. I doubt he will care though, as long as he gets paid.

Even when we had Sterling he was hyped up beyond belief, He would need 10 chances to burry one, Yes he had pace and that alone did work great for us when he Had suarez and Sturridge around him, But as i said when he left us if he doesnt make it at City from the get go they can easily buy some one else so its was a stupid move on his part that early on imo

I think i'll be tuning in for the next few Stoke games, they were a joy to watch for a lot of that match.

yup and they look very poor too

Does anyone really look that good this season consistently?

It could be argued Leicester (for the size of club etc), but possibly more question marks over them in regards to how long they can keep it going and what happens if they get a couple of injuries to major players for a few weeks - will they still find a way to win (amongst other ?)

This season is really about Jan, and who gets brought in to which club and can they make a big difference before the summer
