I didn't say he was brilliant, but I can't think of 4 better English CBs. I'd rather he was there than Smalling or Caulker.

and like I stated before, if you get beat you are out of the title challenge, completely. No coming back from this. If you win theres still a slight chance you can come back into it if results go your way one week. Better to have you completely out of the equation than take the risk and have you still holding on

Game over - well played Everton, showed more heart and determination and deserved the win.

We were poor today, so so poor. The team says all the right things but ultimately fails to deliver on the day. Shame - we had a good chance before January.
