For all Montero's pace he's awful in 80% of his games. he passes people embarrassingly easily which is good. Unlike Walcott he's not afraid to run at players, but his delivery/shooting was pretty much a joke last year. That kind of player is quite common, think Navas. Can pass a player with pace but much more often than not what he decides to do once by his man is stupid.
I remember thinking last year first couple times I saw him, awesome pace, if he can actually shoot or be consistent with his crossing he might just be brilliant. a few games later I thought he was a player with pace and not bad dribbling but not enough quality.
