Arsenal are so frustrating to watch, get 10ft from goal but no one shoots, 5 seconds later the ball is being passed back to the half way line.

It's straight forward rotation by the looks of it. Over the last few weeks we've left out 1 or 2 of the front 4 most games and with such a busy period coming up I guess he didn't want to play all 4 of them twice in a few days.

Yep. Klopp's either chosen not to rotate or not had the players to rotate the team for the last two seasons over the Christmas period so this will hopefully help the team in the long run, even if it backfires for a couple of games.
