I love the Greggs sausage rolls. 3 for 1.30, nice for my dinner :D

They are nice, but then I realised you can get 6 fresh ones from Morrisons for less :D

Greggs ! :p - never seen a peters though, but i love the sausage rolls in greggs, but recently (With the 3/4 of them in town - so not so many fresh batches being done) the sausage rolls have been near enough cold!! :(

Peters anyday. I dont know what Greggs has done last few months but their stuff is crap now.

What about Ainsleys?, they are my alternative when the q is full at Greggs, there pasties ain't bad at all.

Everytime i pop to greggs i think i have the right money ready for a cheese pasty only to find its went up 2 pence. Never really go to peters, might try it out

that is dam true, is it the one just round the corner from maccy D's, cos the other one is useless in newcastle.

Peters sausage rolls > greggs
but on the pasty front their about even i suppose.

bakers oven is overpriced imo

Out of the two, i choose neither, it Ainsleys all the way for me. At least, it is on the 3 or 4 occasions each year when i am allowed there by the missus!

Not heard of Peters and I'm no fan of greggs. In York theres Thomas The Baker which is very nice indeed.

Is it just me or aren't Baker's Oven and Greggs the same company?

I may be totally off the mark here, but I always assumed they were and that gregs was the "cheaper" version of the brand - as are Skoda to VW if you like.

They're both part of the same company yes, I should know, I used to work in Greggs! All the sausage rolls I could eat! And those yummy creamy cakes *foams at the mouth* :D
