'Greggs'.

Healthy isn't a word I'd usually use for Greggs but like most foodstuffs, eaten in moderation there isn't likely to be any great harm in them. Can't say I'm a great fan myself of their pastries however there are moments when they're just what is required.

Used to work at Greggs. Nice, but free lunch most days, from there, meant i had to renew my gym membership.

So in answer to your question, no, not good for you at all.

Used to love their sausage rolls, yum. Haven't had one for years but they used to be great.

I find some of the food at my local Greggs crap, pasties filled with rancid muck that's supposed to be meat & veg wrapped in puff pastry that is soggy, sausage rolls full of some form of pink goo , the stuff is totally over priced too imo

The sandwiches aren't anything special either.

It's a guilty pleasure from time to time but less so recently. If anyone actually stops to think about what they're tasting you'll find a whole but of weird stuff in all their pasties. It doesn't actually taste like meat.

In the two years I was at College, my lunch was a greggs cheese & Onion pasty and I lost weight. Could have been down to the fact I walked to and from college, and into town and back every lunchtime though.

They are nice as a 'treat' as part of a healthy lifestyle, like most things really :) We don't have Greggs in Norfolk and I do miss them.

I love a Greggs saussage roll or two from time to time, but there is no way I would call them healthy.

To be honest I'd be kind of disappointed with a healthy sausage roll. It somehow defies the very essence of sausage rolls…

But yeah, I'd never venture into Greggs these days. Used to love their sausage rolls but just don't see the appeal any more.
