but it doesnt say sli anywer IN the bios :(
No it doesn't. Its says Multi-GPU-Mode and Single display performance mode. That's it, put them on and is running in SLi. Download nHancer 2.0Beta9, turn on the SLi load balance display with a favourite game and it will show you green bars of both GPU's at work. Looking at your results, your on one core for sure.

Well if you have the green bars, you have SLi. If I put it in single core mode the green bar goes. So I don't have the foggiest on what could be happening.

Take a moment, give us the specs, speeds and bios settings again. Something is crippling the system. You may need a fresh install tbh.

it is/was a fresh install though :(

all my system settings are in the 3d06 page i posted, i dont know how to get bios settings?

i dont know enough about these things to do this... why the hell wont it work :(

Then i installed the latest drives for all my stuff.

when everything seemed to be working, ran automatic updates... then i think i just put a few games on... that was it basically.

what do you want me to look for in the bios? to write down?

Was it XP SP2?

Do you a have SATA drive, have you installed AHCI (doubt it) if so did you put in the driver disk at install F6? You can't easily do it later (can be done, big pain)

Firstly which Intel drivers (ini's in reality) went in for the motherboard?

Network drivers

Sound driver

Any yellow warning triangles in device hardware?

I'm looking for anything out of place or not installed correctly. Its running with one hand tied, could be a dozen things.

Um, did you flash the bios and you've not been in there, no really?

Check this, look about the same?

I have SATA, but didnt need to put anything in for them... (i havnt got a floppy drive anyway)

and i installed everything from the P5W disk.

Did you have the previous driver to 91.47?

You could try using driver-clean to get rid of 91.47 and any other nvidia drivers. Then reinstall 91.47 again.
