Yes it's good. It's an arcade racer but it's great fun.

Is quite good for an arcade racer, a lot like grid1, which was perhaps the last decent game codies made. I'm quite into sims, rf2, iracing, etc, and i like this one, it's physics are "ok", arcade, yes, but they are quite fun and you have to drive more real than you ever had to in grid 1.
good fun if you don't want something too demanding, but still competitive to race with.

Does this have a career mode like Grid 1? Where you make your own team, hire a secondary driver etc?

Really enjoying online racing...not as much crashing as i was expecting. Quite adducted to multiplayer at the moment. Don't seem to be many from the group online. Loving the ocuk car livery

I'm really struggling with MP. Cars are way faster than mine. Pretty much every race. They can't all be driving owner cars.
Maybe I'm just rubbish, but seeing some of the lap times compared to mine
I'm racing with an auto box, maybe this makes a difference...

Ive found im not playing this as much already which is a bit worrying, while ive enjoyed it im getting the feeling it may go the way of Grid 2 for me and be resigned to the steam library "oh well" category
From reading about, looks like their are quite a few cheaters online, and CM don't seem bothered about it. They promised to implement VAC for Grid 2 and didn't.
I was just racing with a guy whose acceleration from a standstill was obliterating everyone else, and not surprisingly his lap times were generally a few seconds faster than everyone else.
Oh well, somethings never change.

Agreed, it can't be that difficult to implement an anti cheat system. I am staying clear of multiplayer for the time being - was racing against a guy called stuckinthewall earlier who was 10 seconds clear of everyone else! I know there are good drivers out there who have all kinds of techniques for gaining time legitimately, but they don't gain this much time!

Glad to hear, Grid 2 was so frustrating at times with all the crashing especially at the start of races

At least now people have a kind of rating system that flags up how much they crash. It is certainly better, although there can still be the odd frustrating moment.
