Not sure if this is old news but I have found no reference to the issue. Having just patched to 1.2 I cannot save the graphics settings. Once changed the game restarts as usual but the graphic setting default back. Anyone else had this issue. Problem really is it makes GRiD unplayable for me as I only have an 8800GTS 320Mb
