Don't think so i noticed shadows flickering when i was playing when they didn't before in 1.1 or at least not as much so they weren't noticeable.

If you mean the jaggedy/repeated shadows, then yes.

YES ?
WOOOOOHOO :D.

Installing now.

EDIT:

I can confirm the shadow issue is gone, it's still ''slight;y'' there if you look very carefully, but the main problem which completely ruins the gfx is gone.

Also it's fixed my sound, I had 2.0 on 1.00 now I have 5.1 sound :D.

Also with the mp issue fixed with private games, I recommend everyone to grab this version ( unlike 1.1 which was erm, pointless, for me anyways :p).

My shadows glitch was fixed by the 1.1 patch.

I havent played this one yet, will gove it a bosh soon. No noCD patch available yet tho, so I hope the 'fails to startup' issue really has been fixed (I had to use a NoCD patched EXE to get my perfectly legal store purchased version to run, lol)

No, it was not quoted. I am just annoyed that pirates can play this on-line or at all. It ruins it for everyone else as they do not care if they ram you off the track by using you as brakes.

And what about those who leagly bought the game yet had to use a nocd exe to play due to a bug?
