US: Grimm

Interesting to hear details on it at the con, am actually pleased its the last season I think it should end while its run its course on a high note.

I have enjoyed the vast majority of it and feel overall it has held up well throughout the seasons. It has offered something a bit different (same with Sleepy Hollow) and hopefully we will see something similar come out and fill the gap :)

Ack, last season? Now I am going to have to watch it on principal. After sitting through the 5th season I was finally giving up in acceptance the show would meander and go nowhere forever so was going to remove it from my recording options. But since I managed 5 seasons it would be a shame not to sit through just one more.
 
Just watched the last episode last night. Quite a good wrap up I guess.

I would half have preferred if everyone stayed dead. All along I think I knew Nick would find a way to bring them back though.

I also thought it was a little wierd the kids where off wesen hunting it seemed. Nick never did. He actively preferred not to kill them if he could. Small point.

I think all in all I would go 7-7½ out of 10. Definitely not a must see, but generally quite good TV. I think I will miss the characters a little, especially as they seemed a nice bunch at DragonCon.

Also, I know when I made this thread I looked for a previous thread and couldn't find one. When looking for this thread, I found one!
 
It was a good send off. Almost brought a tear to my eye seeing it come to the end. The story leading to it was a tad rushed but seeing the children was a good touch. One thing Diana using a weapon? LoL
 
Yeah nice way to end the show really, obviously it leaves the door kinda open but its very doubtful we get it and I hope we don't.

Its good it actually had a decent closure many shows suddenly exit or run out of budget and time and say sod off to the fans and viewers.

I won't miss it fully but it was an easy show to watch in the background and not too complicated and remained consistently fun to watch.

Gave up on sleepy holly ages ago, tbh gave up on many other tv series but the most similar to grimm I feel is supernatural which I still enjoy and hope
it don't end just yet !
 
Grimm has finally finished? I gave up at the end of season 5, I was going to power through season 6 too but just found I didn't care. I stubbornly watched it for 5 seasons waiting for it to get better and the Grimm to actually be bad ass, but it never came. I actually wish they killed Nick off and made Trouble the new focus, at least she was tough
 
Season 6 was good, that episode were

Diana gets kidnapped lol

was classic, did enjoy it overall.
