Grooveshark Mobile

Whilst looking around at a few apps today i thought i'd see if there is actually a version of grooveshark for mobiles and it seems that there is.

Although it seems as with spotify you need a vip (premium) membership, being only $3 it seems quite a lot more reasonable than spotifys' permium membership

Basically what im getting at is, has anyone used the grooveshark mobile app and how does it fare streaming music over 3g?

IIRC unlike spotify, grooveshark is on rather shakey legal grounds.

Its very slow. But I have not got 3G or Edge here just standard internet. Took over 3 minutes to start playing a song. But I bet it would be better on wireless or 3G
Functionality of the app is very good.
App just crashed while trying to play one of my playlists.
Will see is I can get better internet and post again.

I registered with grooveshark in the VERY beginning, and thus have the username "Jordan" The amount of password reset requests I get beggers belief...

I used this on my Bold until a last month (picked it up around end of Dec).

First things first, it's a LOT more stable and quicker than it used to be, but it's still buggy and the search results against the catalogue are poor. Offline playing is also hit and miss.

Compared to Spotify on android or iPhone it's appalling - even with the price difference.

Now on a HTC Desire with Spotify Premium and find my usage justifies the £10 a month.
