and jesus cant believe how little there was at brands, everything looks so low, none of the current buildings, amazing how things change so rapidly.

Did you notice the tarmac on the left hand side at paddock hill bend? Thats replaced with a huge gravel trap as Andy Prioux found out last week in the WTCC

I guessed 1988, but with the Sierra's reg plate G right at the end it was probably 1989

edit: went back and checked the final credits, 1989 \o/

unfortunately the ability to buy cars capable of colossal performance has everything to do with your wallet and nothing to do with your ability or lack of.

ive had a look, launched in the UK in 87, so could have been a year or so earlier at least in japan. a lot of magazines etc say it was the first. i remember retro cars mag did

my google skils aren't among the best but from what i can find the Charade G100 was launched worldwide in '87.
it's my understanding it was this model that came with the 3 cylinder turbo you're referring to but as i said this is your area of knowledge not mine so feel free to correct me.
