Hey Guys,

I've got an interview tonight with a large store who use team building exercises to employ new staff. I have to work very well in a team ofc but what sort of things should be said to get them to notice me over the rest. They like to apprently hear what benefits I have for the company so obviously I'm a fast learner, hard worker but better ones like I'm easily approchable.

Thanks

They don't happen to have a green and white logo and an american parent company owner do they?

Smile and touch people (handshakes, pats on the back etc)

Not too much though. Nobody likes a sociopath.

The interviewers will be using a scoring system... what they are mainly looking for is:-

1) Someone who can listen
2) Someone who can make decisions and take charge
3) Someone who isnt over bearing and forces people to do what they want to do

If you push yourself forward and are loud (to be heard) and over powering then your score will get downgraded.. depending on how many tasks you have to do, its worth being different in each task. 1 task take control, 2nd task sit back, listen and have some input.

if they give you a challange remember that everyone will want their ideas voiced in order to impress the interviewers, however, make yourself heard, be positive and firm and ask for everyones ideas so that you can all decide on the best course of action.

Do not just jump into something without thinking it through, it wont impress them.
