Grrr.. hate losing dosh

Yeah losing your wallet sucks tbh.

I found one last week and fortunately a mate of mine knew a girl who is mates with the owner so it's on the way back to her now :)

Thanks.

To be fair, it didn't have much money in it ;) The first thing all my mates bar one asked me when I first said "I found a wallet" is "how much did you rob from it".

Charming bunch :D

Mainly thought we were going to be drinking and eating a 'bit' more than we did, and had a date but she had a traffic issue and we both decided it was best she did'nt venture out.. entire night sucked :o Cash on hand was to pay mine and hers share of the bill, and one person would pay with their card.

surely in the days of electronic payment it's pretty pointless doing so?

1) Some people don't like to thumb scan to use a credit card\debit card

2) If nobody used cash, it would be rather easy to stop someone buying products or using any services if the state so wanted...it would also be easy to track 100% of an individual's transactions.

Personally I only take out as much cash as I need.

:o Hmm.. on further thought, i just walked through a crowd coming from a Tottenham match.. could've been knicked

Odds on your pocket was picked, that crime has gone through the roof in both tottenham and woodgreen.

More i think of it the more that seems to be the case, just glad i had my debit cards etc.. in another pocket or it could've been much more grief. First time for everything i suppose, been mugged and threathened at knifepoint, replica point (didn't know it was'nt real at the time though!) and now had my pockets picked

It is never a good idea to carry more cash than you're willing to lose. Plastic is (generally) covered, and can be replaced easily, when cash is gone, it's gone.
