just recived my £700 worth of pc parts, and the damn power supply dont fit the motherboard!

someone told me to get this one:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-005-CS and was told everyone loves it and its great for what i am buying. now ive wasted £70 on this damn thing just coz some idiot in this forum decided to tell me to buy it. i gotta wait ages now till i get another. really ruined my day!! :mad:

the main connector (big long one) is too long, and the square shaped connectors are the opersite. ive tried another PSU, but it doesnt come with the other 4 pin connector.

the worse part it i accidently scratched the psu, so i cant send it back and get refund.

yes, but just found that there is a MB component in the way of the overhanging 4

hey sorry about that.

good new tho, everything has worked 1st time. on it now. but slight problem with drivers for BFG GeForce 8500GT, the driver CD cant detect the graphics card...
