haha no, have NEVER ever in my life tried 135kg! no idea why, I'll give it a shot next time and see where my limit is!
 


BP - 24kg/10reps each hand. moved to dumbbells - prefer it tbh!

flies were on the machine.

and yeah.. started hitting abs for the sake of argument lol, wanna see if I can get a nice looking core.
 
DB BP is the best :)

I agree, I can feel the muscles work much more! problem is that max dumbbell weight is 30kg :/ and I'm wondering what to do when I get to a point where 30kg for 10reps4sets is to easy? paused reps? or move to barbell.. ?
 
I might have to get a video of my DB BP form soon as the weight is a lot higher than it should be given my noodle arms. I'm almost certainly doing it massively wrong.

don't compare my BP weight with anything really.. I'm super weak when it comes to chest area! I can BP 85kg but that's about it!

my dl for e.g. is 170kg, squat 140kg.. but I get out benched by skinny kids at the gym :rolleyes:

and arms are getting fuller for sure! no pump in the pic, 4 days after arm day. - ignore the random filter, hard to get a pic when my skin is pretty much the colour of my bedroom wall! :|

so sprained my ankle while dipping, took a week off gym because I couldn't walk properly for a few days.. got back to gym last week, saturday.. then sunday!

did legs, random sets -;

my quads were literally twitching like mad.. couldn't walk for 3 days after that! it's friday now! did the legs on the 29th august and I still have doms :o MADNESS
