I agree, I can feel the muscles work much more! problem is that max dumbbell weight is 30kg :/ and I'm wondering what to do when I get to a point where 30kg for 10reps4sets is to easy? paused reps? or move to barbell.. ?

and arms are getting fuller for sure! no pump in the pic, 4 days after arm day. - ignore the random filter, hard to get a pic when my skin is pretty much the colour of my bedroom wall! :|
so sprained my ankle while dipping, took a week off gym because I couldn't walk properly for a few days.. got back to gym last week, saturday.. then sunday!
my quads were literally twitching like mad.. couldn't walk for 3 days after that! it's friday now! did the legs on the 29th august and I still have doms MADNESS
