I currently have an GS2 which has been a bloody great phone but due an upgrade in Nov and have already been looking around to see what options I have available to me.
I'm not a heavy user really. So although I can afford an S4 I cant really justify it.
My short list so far include the Nexus 4 and the S3. I like the idea of the nexus getting android updates almost as soon as they are released rather than waiting for Samsung and then carriers to approve them.
However I gather the S3 is a better phone?
My only other concern is I want to buy a phone that will receive upgrades for the duration of my contract. I know that’s a hard thing to foresee but my S2 has been quite good at thins having seen everything so far up to 4.1.2.
My current contract is £17.50 a month, 500 mins, 1Gb data and 5000 txt's.
Do you think the S3 is a good compromise in that I cant justify the S4 but I still want a handset that will be supported for the 24 month contract?
