So exactly how is it any better than the s4? They've just made it a tiny bit bigger and given it an ugly back that looks like its made of the same stuff used on the old Rover steering wheels

It's definitely better (also bigger), but there's nothing really exciting here.

Never had an HTC phone before, nor Sony. But anything is better than Samsung.

I don't feel quite so peeved at having 14 months left on my S4 contract now.

I agree. I was so hyped about the S4 release and I think everyone was fairly happy with what came. The S5 is an utter fail though Think I'll be going with something else when I upgrade, especially with KNOX.

Bah this will be a no go for me. No more Samsung after KNOX. I'll stick with my GPE'd S4 for the time being, Z2 looks tempting though. HTC M8 looks decent but big bezels in the leaked pics...

Well, if you drop it in the... sink... it won't break.

It is better in almost every way, but not by a great margin.

Best implementation of a scanner so far, without it being a massive thing on the back.
