gt 460 need more outputs

Right got a 460 card i think its pretty good.
Need a card with
2 full size hdmi outs
1 / 2 DVI

Dont play games at all.. Used for video editing and watching full 1080p films
so need cuda.

looking for same power or a bit better up to £150

For that price you can only get a 660 new

But if you look secondhand you can get a Gtx 570 or 580

yes thats the idea 3 screens i have 2 46 inch monitors and 1 dvi monitor

So what about getting a second low end card?something like a 630/40?

Given that you don't play games, surely a brand new 660 is the only choice.

You have greater-than-570 gaming performance and comparable-to-570 compute performance and you save 30W at idle and more than 100W at load should you ever feel the need to game. Also, the card would be quieter. Finally, you have more vRAM 2GB vs. 1.25GB, in case you need it.

The 6 series isn't as good at Cuda as the 5 series. The problem is running 3 screens off of one card and the 5 series can't do this.

so i take it the 660 is as good and if not better than the gtx460 and can run at full 1080p just found out vegas cant run 3 monitors anyway so gonna be be the 2 46 inch screens so that wil narrow it down

Yep, the 660 is a sensible choice and will be fine with Cuda work
