GT Avalanche 3.0 Disc

$loth, this was my thinking. The guys I work with are serious MTB'rs and I just fancy the weekend away for a beer but will have an excuse to have a go.

I was getting fed up at looking for a hardrock with disc brakes. I did see a Hardrock XC but it wasn't disc upgradeable. I've only had to spend another 20 quid. I've bought it local so no worrying about problems and I get a free service after a month.

The thing that appealed about the Avalanche was the frame is the same from 3.0 to 1.0 so I can upgrade at a later stage if I get more into MTBing.

It's a huge difference from my rusting Raleigh Incognito!!!!!
