** GT5 Toyota Celica Challenge **

I'm confused, the OP states Sports Soft tyres yet the Celica doesn't have any to equip- what tyres am I supposed to be running the challenge in?

Im sure its got Sports Soft. Just click the icon next to the settings in Practise Mode to check - its the one where you can tweak TC etc. Tyres are at the top of that list...

Hardly had any time at all to run this but my best time is 1.30.717, think I could go half a second quicker probably but I don't want to hog the car. Hopefully will have a less demanding schedule next time round! :) Gifting it to anticonscience now.
 
Cool, I'll give it a quick go tonight (if my internet connection doesn't play up) and send the car on after I have had a go.

What happens if Acidhouse wins the pad times? He is currently first in pad times and second in the wheel times, Jimmy isn't eligible to win a prize and he is first in the wheel times which means that Acidhouse should get two prizes if he stays top of the pad board? Or are we not doing it that way? :)

If he doesn't want both we could always split them over first and second...

I thought there would be more people with wheels, maybe they just get scared by my wheel times and don't enter lol.....

seriously tho i see your point no point me and acid using wheels if we are the only ones entering.
 
Ive got a wheel but Im the same - just effort to set it up - Ive bought a WSP which will help but I havent even looked at doing that as its been a busy week with my sisters 30th. With TDU2 coming out I suspect the wheel will be more permenant so I intend to set times out it once Ive got my eye in

Must admit, I thought that I was the only one using a pad, thought that everyone else had wheels!









Typical that my sig updated when I had a quick game of UNO:( I'll be stuck with that for yonks now!
 
Yea I was also surprised at the lack Of wheel entrants. If the situation arises as it appears it will, were I win both, I think it's best to give the other car to second Place.

I think I'll make the next one my last, with just the one prize, which will avoid this problem. Didn't expect anyone to come top of both lists:D
