Most gaming digital download purchases allow you to download at your discretion. You can get it straight away or later. In the case of Steam, any purchase goes into your accounts library and can be downloaded multiple times over multiple computers where your Steam account is present. There are exceptions where some titles have DRM beyond Steam, such as Securom, where you may find you are limited to 5 installs, or similar.

I don't know what comes installed beyond Windows 8.1. I generally wipe everything once I've performed a backup and start from a fresh install of Windows when I find bundled software ("bloatware"). In the case of this laptop, I'll do my backups, then I might have to try out a few games before I go down the whole "fresh start" route. Would be rude not to test it out ;)
 
It...it's here!

It's sitting beside me as I type acclimatising to the temperature of my room. Arrived about an hour and a half ago. It was so cold I dare not power it up. Everywhere I touched it the moisture from my hands condensed into a little pool of water.

This could possibly be more agonising than the wait for it to arrive.
 
Got mine too. It's anazing. Was cold but not to the point of condensation. Will sort out software and games later. U chuffed with it ?
