GTA 5 problems with starting

Hello to everyone!!!! I recently bought GTA 5 dvd not from steam, I installed it and updated to latest update and I keep getting this message all the time input signal out of range on my monitor when I open GTA 5, what is solution I want to play GTA 5 but I cant

Amd Athlon x4 860k 3.70 ghz
RAM 8 gb
Windows 7 64
And video card nvidia gtx 1050 gb, I before buying gta did check specs for gta 5

1280 x 1024 (recommended) I have tried to change but nothing happend, also I tried to change on gta properties with compatibility, and is adjusted on 640 x 480 screen resolution, I did try run minimize but I couldnt play it

Im doing it in display > screen resolution, when I open gta it start to loading and after few stars are full it freeze but this is on other monitor, on the first one I just get message input signal out of range and black screen after that
