Hi up until last week (no change in my system) I have been able to play GTA IV online just fine. But not I can only join some games. If my friend or I should happen to host a game people can connect fine and vise versa but when I try to play online it would seem my internet will only allow me to find games with no more than 2 players in a server. Opposed to my friend who can find servers with 16 or more people in.
I was hoping someone might have a solution to this problem here is what I have tried.
Turning off firewall (adding exception too)
Resetting router
installing wireless drivers (using stock windows 7 drivers).
