GTA:SA - Mission help req'd

All it does when you go to your save point is "Warning, one or more cheats have been activated blah blah blah". It doesn't mess up the saved file, that message just appears everytime that's all.
Cheating on San Andreas? Pfffft, its easy as it is!
Completed it almost 3 times now, with all the bits in between missions too.
Once on Playstation 2 when it was released and 1 and a half times on PC (with a PS2 controller, naturally).

Most missions are quite easy as theres always a certain 100% way of doing them. Its just that it'll take a few attempts to get a mission perfected. My dad did this mission on his 2nd go and he STINKS at computer games - if he can do it and you can't then just think of the shame! A 57 year old, wheelchair bound non gamer can do this!!
(SA is the 3rd real game he has played)

The trick is not getting too close to the train otherwise BS will only hit the train, and try to keep a consistent speed with the train.

Decided to not take the right path as big smoke suggests when chasing the train. I dodged the incoming train, and fatboy had more time to shoot the goits on the train. The last goit died as we exited the last tunnel bit. Going to save the game now for future use, so I can always start from beyond this mission

thansk for the replies guys.
i'm hating this stupid amphibious assault mission, just doesn't control properly when i try to dive and is giving me so much hastle just getting under the rocks.
i don't mind a game being difficult but not because of it having rubbish controls. i press the left mouse to dive and then my sprint button to swim underwater but i end up not hardly moving and running out of air, i'm getting very cross with this.

took a few go's and had to up my lung capacity a bit by boringly swimming around in a safe bit of water but i did it, finally.
