I wonder what kind of specs you will need, and also how it's going to run on PC.

This best not have that Rockstar Social Club garbage tacked onto it. I recall signing upto it when GTA IV came out and the sod never even worked! It always rejected my user/pass (even in Max Payne 3) but I could still somehow get into the game after a few failed attempts and wasted time.

Will probably wait until they fix all the issues before getting it

Icenhancer 3 is meant to be dropping very soon for GTA IV, installing that will keep me going up till Autumn no worries. Now come on R* deliver on the performance and nail the optimisations. Please have it setup for high end PCs and make use of multi gpu systems.

Pre-orders will go up later today, can view the applicable retailers over at Rockstar's website. Already have this on PS3, but will probably end up getting it for PC too I really wanted to play GTA Online, but it was just far too slow and sluggish (interms of actually starting up a mission), eventually became tedious. Hopefully the entire experience as a whole will be much more fluid this time around, and hopes for an increased player count!

I will be pre-ordering this, I can't wait!!!
I will however wait till about a week before release to pre-order, that's when the CD key sites often have really good deals

Edit: Might even pre-order a proper boxed version so I get the map etc like I did with GTA 4

Excellent!

It is an incredible game, it is just a shame that we had to wait so long. I played it on PS3 and felt something wasn't quite right with it in terms of the look and feel of the game. Hopefully this release will fix all that.
