In other news theres a new patch for GTA san Andreas.
It adds xinput support but takes away some of the songs due to licensing issues and breaks support for 1080p
Oh and it will break any previous saved games

And a custom patch released for the new patch fixes the issues :)

Just PC gaming things

I really can't wait. I pre-ordered it on PS3, played it for a couple of weeks and not touched it since. The low fps was absolutely killing my eyes. GTA V on PC should be nothing short of epic :)

The latests rumour is that GTA V will use Denuvo DRM.

Has anybody had any experience of using it as it has been possibly linked to poor performance in games that use it on some set ups?

Given the amount of DRM that Rockstar included with GTA IV I don't find it all that surprising that they may go down this route but I just hope that it doesn't get in the way.

A cursory google says these rumours are false?

Can't wait! Finally something has persuaded me not to give in and buy a console but revive my poor old PC instead!

Core i7, 16GB Ram and a AMD R9 290x in the shopping basket for payday.

Think I'll be ok? :p

I'd lower it down to a 290 although I'm not sure at what prices the 290Xs are atm.

16gb might be too much but stick with it, don't go higher.
