I cannot cancel with GMG because the GTA SA code was given away to someone here
Oh well, I'll just wait I guess.
Same - although the idea of cancelling my pre-order didn't cross my mind.
I'll wait - better be the most polished game I have ever seen, they have done more polish than a french polisher!

Even if you hadn't given the code away they won't do a refund. It's farcical.
They state that if you've received a key then you can't get a refund, but you don't get any choice in the key as it's plastered on the screen as soon as you pay.
I raised a ticket with them and they dutifully ignored that point and closed the case. Won't be using them again.

does this mean CARS will be pushed again to be able to stay away form being any where near another games release date

A new GTA every 3-5 years and people are throwing their toys out the pram for a slight delay?
Slight delay? This game originally came out in October 2013. It is more than a slight delay. Last time was ridiculous - 2 weeks before release and it gets pushed 2 months. This time I can't even be bothered to comment further.

Did they start developing as soon as GTA IV was released?
A lot of people seem to be overlooking that... So to say "the games been in development 6+ years" is just idiotic.
People cancelling pre-orders as if R* will notice the loss. You'll play it anyway at one point or another.
I know for a fact that GTA V PC release won't be as rocky as GTA IV was, and I'm grateful that they've spent the extra time optimizing it.

I didnt play gta IV till it was a fiver on sale
didnt have the spec, way too many complaints about it and GTA is also marmite in that it can be a real drag or absolutely amazing. I probably wont wait that long this time unless they seriously mess up
