If that is what we get then I don't mind. But if you look at the 4K screenies you'll see they added in little things like mirrors that work, 3D buttons and actual fur.

Game looks amazing, can't wait. Really hoping it has crossfire support from day 1 (though its probably a no judging by AMD's recent multi gpu support ).

If the game is well optimized I don't think people will need to worry a poorly optimized game with poor graphics can kill a good system and yet a great optimized game with great graphics can run smooth as silk. The game has been delayed and taken a long time to go out if it is badly optimized I think fair few people will be annoyed putting it polity.

You should be fine at medium depending on resolution.

Maybe even high if at 1080p (hopefully!)

Anything like most optimisation in games these days it probably will need it.
