I think you can get it on GMG VIP area for £31, they also have a 22% off code i believe but not sure if you can use it on GTA.

Downloaded 36.7gb so far @ 12.8mb/s and Virgin haven't throttled it yet. I'm sure it used to cut the speed in half when I had the 30mb package.

My download through the Rockstar Social Club application/GTA launcher is at a whopping 14.4k/s right now. It started out at 1.8MB/s - I'm at 3.19GB and looking at a minimum of 23 more hours of downloading

Obviously it'll improve but good lord.
