If you're going to be at your computer for a while today try and pause the download for a few seconds, resume, then it will reach its max speed for about 5 minutes and reduce down again to the crap we have been seeing. Repeat this whenever you want.

I had to restart my download pretty much from 10gb about 45 minutes ago roughly, and Im already on 30gb again
 
Nuuvem now have keys in again, got mine it is indeed a R* code and it's taking an age to download from R* been dl'ing for 24hours now still got 25gb left to go and I have 150Mbs internet so it's just their servers being overloaded like crazy
 
I think for me it would be easier to buy a retail version of the game and install it via disc as I only have a 14MB connection. Is Amazon the cheapest place for retail version?

Anyone know how long it'd take to download on average on a 14mb connection?
 
RGSC client is kinda wonky. Left my PC unattended for a while and then came back to see 27KB/s. Restarted the client and then I noticed the total download size went from 60.04GB to 62.62GB. Just as it was about to finish it failed, and when I clicked 'Try Again' it resumed at 44GB of 55GB. The install directory got smaller, too, so I guess something got corrupted along the way. I think relaunching the client rather than pausing and resuming messes with it, so I'll play it safe by not closing it next time my speeds tank (which will probably be in a few minutes...)
 
Heh, CJS Keys, they're charging extra for pre-order bonuses, and you can get the game cheaper elsewhere...

Currently downloading the last gig, has been a bit annoying when it suddenly drops in into kb/s territory, but I haven't had any real problems with the downloader.

I'm so tempted to stay up on Tuesday just to get a glimpse of the options menu :D

I have less than that and it downloaded from steam in less than 24 hours, just left it on all night.
