True, but as the new consoles are far closer to a PC these days I'm hoping we might see some cross-platform lovin' :D
 
I suppose if it lets you login to your rockstar social account you have your console character on it may be possible. I got rid of my PS3 but had a character with billions after a cheater decided to gift everyone in a lobby it, would be nice but certainly not keeping my hopes up for it.
 
It'll obviously work through the Rockstar Social club thing as I recall that was a superb way to track your characters and stats. Problem is what will Rockstar do about those who do have billions of cash on their chars? Online was rife with cheaters/exploiters quite literally giving away money because they had no idea what to do with it.

I remember reading something last year saying that it was possibly going to be an Nvidia sponsored games.

I think I can hear the AMD guys in the GPU subforum crying and throwing their toys out of the pram already :D
 
Been so excited all day about this. It has made a very **** week very good for me!

Somewhere around £30-36 would get me to preorder this on Steam.

Until then Icehancer 3.0 will keep me busy on GTAIV. Roll on Autum!

How is it ridiculous? I think as PC gamers we've been spoiled with these cheap keysites or steam sales that make us think nothing at RRP is ever worth it. After seeing in game screenshots just on the PS4 it looks like Rockstar have been very busy working on this since the old gen release.
 
From the trailer, the game world looks far more realistic, traffic density looks heavily increased and the same with people on the streets, I'd even go as far to think they've probably added more missions or at least more activities.

It's definitely not just GTA V with HD textures that's for sure.

Because it is ridiculous... I bought the console version for £32 a day after release and sold it for £35 a few days later lol.

I'll be happy to pay £30 for the PC version.
