If heists are not released for consoles by the 1st or 2nd week of March, expect another delay.

haha lol called it spot on last month, and I not even saw that Rockstar update 10 mins ago....can read them like a book.

Lets face it, this for the pc has been completed for a while now. Only reason its not released is because of heists for console. Everything on PC gets put on hold for the console noobs first.

Heists is easier to get out, chances are they simply haven't finished parts of the PC game e.g. textures or have hit a problem.

I'll be surprised if it's out by my birthday in May

Just stop giving dates until you know, rockstar! Stop assuming you'll be done by a date and save yourself the annoyance. Also this just seems like another pushback because of consoles, even if that isn't the case a lot of ignorant people are getting fed up.
