That's not official, just customer discussions. And it's just speculating really. As Longbow said I'm 90% sure you can only get the Steam version from Steam. R* aren't going to want to give Valve 30% (or whatever it is) of all profits.

An off topic question...

If anyone has recently updated their HWmonitor software, there's a new heading under the GPU which shows the video memory speed, but mine's not updating it just stays at 0 Mhz, even for the Min and Max value as well. Can anyone confirm if theirs works?

Just updated mine and it's doing the same thing; I'd imagine everyone's is the same.

Or some detail on how multiplayer will work, e.g. Rockstar hosted v player host or paid for servers.

Personally think a delay is coming, not fussed though.
