My brother and I have a GTA thing. The last 3 releases we have had a GTA day. One goes to the other and we play 12 hours straight with pizza and beer.

I hate the idea of waiting for the postie and finding the delivery delayed ! Digital delivery of digital goods makes so much sense, hence my idea above.

Had this a fair amount. (Sort of) Glad to hear it's not just me. I accepted one, but the fact their profiles are private and I've had a few made me delete them and refuse any others I had/will get.

I have a 4Mbps ADSL line, I simply cannot download 65G it would take about 2 days assuming I get full bandwidth and don't want to use my internet connection for anything else at all.

How are the physical copies released ? 7 DVDs ?

I have the same crappy internet, Luckly my brother doesn't live far away and he has 90 down 20 up. So i'll be going his later today!
 
Hoping it begins at 9am. Should get a good 10 minutes done before heading out the door.

I feel sorry for the people who have been up all night waiting for the preload lol. It's not like the game is being released today. People are going mad on Steam community.

Same on the GMG facebook page. I could understand if it was release day, but it's pre-load day.

**Although I am tempted to buy another key from Steam, I know that Steam maxes out my connection and with 152mb VM connection 66GB should only take around 30mins. Then sell my GMNG key with the pre-order bonus on release day.

Decisions.

Why do you feel sorry for the sad people who are crying just because they can't preload yet, blimey it's just a game.

According to game-debate with those specs you should be able to run at high.

But that could be a complete fallacy as the game isn't out yet so nobody really knows how optimised it is.

Pretty much ^^ I'm looking forward to the game but come on it's not as if there's a lot of competition, it's not a clan v clan game, heck I can't think of a game I take less serious than GTA which is why I always love it :D

I'm not planning to upgrade until HL3 is released.
