Damn I wish it was out for the weekend :(
It would be too obvious to go off sick on release, everyone knows :P And I just had time off...and I've never been off sick :D

I bet the pirates get it released before retail.
 
Midnight Mon/Tuesday - looks like I am back to pulling an all nighter then.

The 8am release was a good thing for me, not anymore.

Going to be one tired puppy at work on Tuesday.

Everywhere except from steam directly will be activate via rockstar social and use their download manager, steam purchases activate and download from steam. Any retails keys are for rockstar social only.

Played it on my PS3 on release. Was a great accomplishment to get the game running so beautifully on the console. Shame that I found the SP very boring, along with the characters bar Trevor.

Multiplayer was a mess with more PK'ing than Ultima Online back in the day and most of the time if you recall there were connection issues and slow load times. The fighting at various 'expensive' apartments were bordering on hilarious though - especially when a player gets a bounty on his head - the entire server guns for the sod!
