PC version, Rockstar have always taken extra care and effort to make a good PC version (I won't call it a port as I'm fairly sure that rockstar code all three versions side-by-side). And I've only ever noticed the need for a gamepad once as well (flying that damm harrier in san andreas).
Besides I've waited this long for the game, whats a few more months?
Nothing beats playing GTA on a 52" plasma, a lot more emersive then hunched over a pc for a game like this which doesn't really require aimig and is moer laid back. However the extra content for pc's like mods etc mean that id probably get it on both if it was a good game.
That's why I sold it when I bought the Xbox version for my 360. Things were looking quite good as I played it. The textures weren't as clean as the PC version obviously but when I got into a helicopter or harrier things were such a mess that I sold the game. Flying on the pc was a piece of cake after some practice.
Sry dave but your argument about 50" plasma, is a reason for console. Since pcs have lcds as well and are fine on such large displays with upscaling as xbox does and without upscaling if u got a decent video card.

Of corse. But genearly your pc isn't connected to your tv and i dont know about you but im not going to move my pc 2 rooms into my living room just to play a game on my tv.
Wireless keyboard and mouse and a very long lead for audio and video, is what i did when i played once gta vice city in my living room and pc was in bedroom.
