In the main GTA IV thread yeah.

I reckon they are real, as for whether they are the final version, I don't think so.

I wonder if you can get to those small islands by boat/chopper..

You mean the small islands that are connected by bridge? I'd imagine so!
The only island that doesn't have a bridge is the bottom one, but I should think that the red dot indicates that it has the Statue of Happiness (or whatever the hell it was called ) on it.


edit - looking at the Subway map, you can clearly see that it's called Happiness Island
