It's not just about how fast they go but how they behave. Race07's AI can be made pretty quick but it doesn't stop them swerving back on to the racing line when you're there and they've been defending down the inside.

For real racing get online and race fellow enthusiasts

That could easily be a gameplay shot, as it looks like Shift 1 / 2.

it clearly is a gameplay screen shot.. no way some one would pre-render a screen shot like that.. :/ it doesn't even have that "wow" look to say its a pre-render cmon now.

I had to do a double take. Because the photos have been shopped soo much, it makes them look "plastic".

Lol so true

I remember reading an interesting interview with Kaz Yamauchi where he talked about aiming for a "better than real look" rather than true photorealism in games. Heavily 'shopped photos and very good looking games can almost seem to blur the line but our eyes and brains arent easily fooled.

This will be a bumper year for sim racing
