I can't comment on the particular brand but the RX 6600 will serve you well.

After all your advice I have decided to spend a bit more and go for the XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600 8 GB Video Card. It's about £60 more but guaranteed and I hope this won't throttle the CPU.

I assume you mean, throttled by the CPU.

You would need a very powerful card to throttle the 5600X, the RX 6600 won't.

And even if you had a much worse CPU, still better to buy the RX 6600 over the RX 6500 XT.
