GTX 460 or GTX 470 - Which to buy?

I am still stuck what to buy - 470 as they are at a great price point now and great performance, but put out a bit of heat and is a large card. Or a 460 which is not has fast but still great performance, less heat/power and a smaller footprint.

Does the 460 underclock in 2D mode?
