To all owners of a GTX560 card no matter what brand or clock etc

Can you please tell me first hand how these cards are performing in games at 1080P and what kind of levels of detail you are using

Not interested in benchmarks!!

Thanks

bfbc2 maxed out 60fps , dead space 2 maxed out 100 odd fps, bat man arkhamn asylum maxed out high physx 60fps thats all ive really played since i got it lol

i've actually got 2 of the 2gb palit cards but i ran a single one for a week or so. it replaced a gtx 480@800/4200, i was really impressed how close it came to the 480's performance in most games (there are some exceptions) whilst running much cooler and quieter. i'm gaming at 1080p too and it will definitely run any game out there (bar metro 2033) at max settings.

I have two and didnt notice any problems with playing Metro at 1200p at max details and 8x AA.

Mine in SLI handle Metro fine at maxed settings.

read it again, i was actually talking about a single card which is what he's thinking of getting, of course in sli they blitz any game out there including with 3D vision enabled

Thanks for the comments, yes its a single card, probably the Gigabyte OC 900MHZ model as i'm not paying over a £50 premium for the SOC

I'll be running 1680 for the first couple of months but getting a new 27" 1080P monitor in the next few months and dont want any problems but the thing is with a monitor that size i'll need at the very least 4xAA

i just got one of these at the weekend and so far so good

my res is 1920 x 1080 and everything i've played on it so far has run smoothly at full whack

Crysis warhead ive got everything set too gamer and 8x AA and runs smooth as you like

havent tried my copy of metro 2033 and tbh dont expect it too manage that at full whack as not much does that i've used (had 2x5850's) before and that didnt manage everything maxed out

But for £200 i cant complain, i got the gigabyte 900mhz one and have it clocked at 950 with no temp rises

Moved from MSI 460 Hawk Talon to Gigabyte 560 OC - and really big difference, even tho cards not far from each other, 560 craking card really
VARDY - i clocked mine to 1050/2200/4400 - no problems at all,stable,cool...you must be have bad batch gpu :(

what tool are you using to overclock it?

I am not an owner but there seems to be a large number of people with factory overclocked cards which have been having problems mainly due to the fact that the overclocks are too agressive. The Gigabyte cards have in particular have had quite a lot of problems.

just underclocked mine back to default. will ramp them up then use OCCT to check. with factory overclock it resets the driver and shows errors. default works fine.
