GTX 660TI LAUNCH + SYSTEMS!!!! GTX 580 BEATING PERFORMANCE

I will be grabbing the MSI Power Edition one. Seen some benchmarks on these and great price for the performance.

Will SLI it after xmas.

And that's what happens when you don't brush overclocking under the carpet...

...the green bhoys have been shouting 'it's out the box that counts' since the 6 series launch, complete turnaround from the pre 6's Nvidia gpus.

Unless you want Borderlands 2 for/and PhysX, then this is a better buy:

YOUR BASKET
1 x HIS HD 7950 IceQ 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - AMD 3 for FREE Promotion (H795Q3G2M) £239.99
Total : £239.99 (includes shipping : FREE).

who has been shouting that? I get awesome sauce overclocks out of my two 670's, over 10FPS gains on minimums on several titles

also don't forget that the 7950 is on special - where as the 660ti is on launch day pricing (which yet again seems to have actually crept up as the day goes on)... a 560ti was £200 on launch day and the gigabyte OC card was £225... how long did it take for them to be down to £180 and then slide to £150?

this card will be under £200 over the next few months - particularly once the hoopla around borderlands 2 dies down and/or they stop doing that offer

would I be buying a 660ti at today's prices? no, but once it's available for less than a 7950 then it becomes a viable choice and AMD will keep dropping prices on the 7950 to keep their sales up

for those that prefer the green side of the fence, they'll happily pay a small premium for a 7950 competing card (rightly or wrongly)
